Think about the environment, reduce your food foot-print.
Diversify your diet- go traditional, local and seasonal.
Eat sustainably sourced fish.
Keep fresh and waste less.
Eat in company. It’s good for your health.
Learn to read labels.
Be a critical consumer and don’t let packaging or advertising sway you.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes, every day.
Ask for healthier meal choices.
Talk to people. Share your knowledge and respect for food.
