"Unpretentious and welcoming, this hidden Italian gem is definitely worth a visit"

★★★★

Located a short walk from Shepard’s Bush Market station, Little Napoli stands out from the surrounding pubs and high street shops, with its warm entrance way. Upon entering you are greeted by a modern rustic room that's adorned by wood and pastel colours. The restaurant flows forward towards what is the focal point of the restaurant, the wood fire pizza oven.

The first course arrived promptly and did not disappoint. The Calamari Fritti (£7.50) was perfectly flavoured and had a great crunch. Served with a tangy marinara sauce, the flavours complimented each other well. This is a great starter to enjoy while settling in and selecting my drink of choice – an Aperol Spritz (£7.95).

Little Napoli prides itself on its sourdough pizzas - the dough uses a 48 hour proofing process, making the pizza light and full of flavour. So of course, we chose to try two sourdough pizzas.

Little Napoli Menu

Our first was the signature Little Napoli, which is a great vegetarian option (£12.95). The Little Napoli features fresh buffalo mozzarella, mushrooms, the perfect amount of truffle flavour and freshly shaved parmesan on top. This pizza was like nothing I have tried before, there was a distinct truffle flavour that was present in every savoury bite. The second pizza was a classic Diavola (£10.95). The tomato sauce was both tangy and sweet, which paired quite nicely with the spicy salami. The pizzas had a distinct chew to them, and they were delicious until the very last bite.

The final course of the meal was a freshly prepared Strawberry Coppa Gelato (£3.50), this gelato had just enough sweetness to satisfy even the most discerning sweet tooth. It rounded off a perfect casual experience!

The pricing of all the dishes at this cosy Italian gem are reasonable and there is no sacrifice on quality or service. Using the Stevie App, you can actually get a 2 for 1 meals here, Monday to Thursday!! The sheer number of vegetarian and gluten free options makes this Italian eatery a no brainer for all, for a casual lunch, a romantic date night or a celebration amongst family and friends.

Overall, Little Napoli is unpretentious and welcoming, you are greeted as if you are part of the family. Your eyes are fixated on one thing - the wood fire oven, and your only goal is to try some of the cheesy, sourdough goodness that comes from it. Having proclaimed myself a London pizza connoisseur, I can say Little Napoli is no slouch when it comes to going head to head with the best pizzas London has to offer.
